Preparation of the EA involved extensive Cultural Resource/Section 106 Coordination and Section 7 Consultation.  In addition, the project had complex connected actions that were incorporated into and evaluated as part of the EA document. The project also required extensive coordination with the FAA ADO (Beckley) as well as Regional (Eastern Region) and Legal FAA personnel.
