With over 21 years of experience as an environmental scientist and NEPA practitioner, Jen has extensive experience in agency coordination, public engagement, environmental compliance and project management for projects ranging in size and complexity, from mega projects to small-scale initiatives. She has successfully provided onsite technical assistance at the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) and State Highway Administration (SHA) in their Environmental Planning Divisions. Her experience has also included technical assistance to the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) and various counties throughout Maryland.
