Environmental Planner/GIS Specialist

Ms. Zhao is a recent graduate knowledgeable in environmental law, sustainability, and planning by way of a diverse array of experience including natural resource management in a national park setting, equity and outreach efforts at a regional EPA office, and environmental law research and publications support. She is proficient with current GIS tools and spatial data visualization. As a former Baltimore high school Earth Science teacher, she is also an experienced environmental educator skilled in communicating socioecological issues across varied mediums and audiences.
