Kristen has over five years of experience managing and providing technical guidance to state and local entities grant management. She has provided technical assistance and subject matter expertise in the grant processes – including pre-award, implementation, review, closeout, and post-award. A key piece to successful mitigation involves educational outreach. Kristen is a highly sought-after educator for informing stakeholders on mitigation best practices, risk reduction, community preparedness and resiliency, long-term recovery, resources, and grant funding availability.
