With over 17 years of experience as an engineer and environmental planner, Paola has extensive experience in engineering design and analysis, project management and environmental documentation and agency coordination for the private and public sectors. She has successfully provided onsite technical assistance at the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA), in both the Facilities Engineering and Environmental Planning Divisions. Her experience has also included technical assistance to the Maryland State Highway Administration, Baltimore City, Frederick County, and the City of Portland.
